"What would a recruiting room do for that business plan?"

"What would tripling your current recruiting budget do for that plan and how long would it take for that plan to pay off?"

I would then eyeball Mitch and the Pres and ask them, "Are you willing to give CJP the time for this success to occur, if I foot the bill?"
