True, it's not typical, but, you know what you're not gonna get from Newton and that's a legit chance to win. I don't know if he's still struggling with his arm from surgery or what, but, he's just too innacurate and too slow to get out of the pocket and takes too long to make decisions.. I wish he were a better option, but, right now, he's just not.. It's not like we didn't do the same thing last year against UT and had some success, moreso than what I think Morgan brings, at this point.

I believe there is a disconnect between Newton and receivers - for whatever the reason may be. And I draw that conclusion from the remarks made by Newton about being post Cobb, Matthews days and pre Sweat, Robinson days. Perhaps I am reading into it, but that is what it tells me. So with that, I am not saying Newton is the best option, but I don't see us pulling off another UT trick like we did last year. We caught a UT down and took advantage of it and had some "luck" on our side as well. I believe they would go Newton before any of these Cobbins, Fields, King, Brause. IMO
