While I wasn't surprised to see them lose tonight, I was a little surprised to see their offense spin their wheels against a pretty porous NW defense. Hard to believe, but Franklin is now 3-9 in his last 12. He's got the Blue Hose of Presbyterian up next week, so I expect he can improve to 4-9 in his last 13.

I stand by it. I'm a believer in him. I would also trade joker for Franklin. Is he the next saban? Dont think so. But I think he has a lot of potential. I will also stand by my opinion that petrino is the coach that we need. Sure he's a pos for a person but a top notch coach. He would also bring instant credibility for our program and put our name out there with recruits.

This is why I can't understand some UK fans logic... It's ok to be patient and lose games for any other coach beside our own... We have just as much great young talent as vandy and just as much coming in... I take our coach over Franklin anyday!! Go big blue.

Joker took over a winning program and is running it into the ground. Franklin took over a 2-10 team and is building. If your to dumb to see it that's your fault. Joker recruiting is average with 2 and 3 star recruits. Franklin is at least bringing some 4 stars in. Franklin looks like he can turn it around. Joker doesn't IMO. Once again we're predicted to go 3-9 with this Juggernaut coaching staff. So yes I will stand by my opinion Franklin is a better coach.

He loses as many as he signs, its not in stone until a kid inks. Joker took over a program that was already getting behind in recruiting. Brooks's comment about UK needs to get into the 21st Century was directed at how recruiting was being affected by a lack of great facilities. I know your hate for Joker blinds you from understanding this but it is the truth. And about predictions, every year that we went to a bowl game, we were predicted to go under .500, so don't get too caught up in the media. Last if you love Franklin and Vandy so much, I am sure they need all the fans they can get.

The issue with our recruiting had a lot more to do with only having about 4 coaches who actively hit the road to recruit. Our game day facilities and game day recruiting facilities need to be improved but our practice facilities along with our training facilities are very good.

Let's get something straight I don't hate joker. Just his coaching. Yes I put your instead of you're. Didn't know we had message board grammar test. Not a Vanderbilt fan either. The way the stands looked last night UK can use all the fans they can get too.

Not that into rankings, more so offer sheets. But from Scout:
07- 58th
08- 53rd
09- 27th
10- 46th (coaching change so both rather than just Joker or Brooks'' class but Joker closed the big boys as far as player ranking on signing day, before signing day the class from a ranking stand point was quite ugly)
11- 32nd
12- 31st

edit: the 09 class also had 30 commits counting towards that ranking for Scout.
