It's funny to me how blindingly positive towards football, yet perpetually dissatisfied towards basketball that some UK fans can be. Think maybe it's time to let this one go guys...

I'm as optimistic and hopeful as most when it comes to UK Football, I promise. I can't express how much I would love for them to be competitive in the SEC.

Buuuuut, Reed hasn't listed us lately at all, he hasn't visited, whenever we think he might he goes elsewhere, now he announces that he's down to two. ALABAMA AND FLORIDA and some people are saying that the Bama site just doesn't want to admit that we lead for him?

Yes, there is a lot of positive momentum and energy around the program, but let's be realistic here guys. Our only tie to him right now is one of his JUCO coaches.

Having said that, crazier things have happened, and if he chooses to play here I will GLADLY eat crow. Just think it's time to realize we're most likely on the outside looking in on this guy. Happens to the best teams, nothing to be ashamed of, can't win 'em all.
