247 has blue rated as an 87 and a 3-star prospect. The 247Composite has him slightly lower, at .8663.

While it has him slightly lower the composite has him as the 10th best WR and I think that is more important than the ranking itself

Who cares about Newton.
Blue is a monster. Great speed and wiggle. Kid is going to make a ton of plays in Brown's system. Could return punts for us as well if we need him to.

Newton was a high 4on Espm as well as scout he was a 5.7 3 star on rivals.
