Kentucky coach Joker Phillips said he wants to return at Kentucky's coach in 2013 but the decision is out of his hands and will be made by Mitch Barnhart.

Joker has never been anything but the ultimate gentleman through both fame and infamy. I hope he will find a job he is qualified for and enjoy several more years of his career. What he's going through this season can't be any fun regardless of salary.

I wouldn't resign if I was Joker. It would most likely cost him funds.

Anybody who follows UKFB has heard all of this before. Joker's comments have been the same again and again (the high road). The one thing I can take from this article is possibly the most defining statement I have read from Matt. "Mitch is paid a high salary to make the BEST DECISION FOR THE UNIVERSITY AND IT'S STUDENT ATHLETES". I hope all fans read and understand this point. Thanks Matt!!
