forced Mitch's hand yesterday. I know this was only the first game but with the terrible showing on defense it will take a miracle turn around for Joker to keep his job. I've been one of Joker's biggest supporters but if he doesn't make at least a bowl game he will be gone IMO. I really hoped he would succeed but don't see it happening. Hope I'm wrong.

Man, I wish we would have recovered that fumble to start the game, would have been different possibly if we went up 7-0.. Oh well, the D played lost, and we did not catch any of the breaks:(.

This O, #118 last year, rolled up nearly 380 yards and 31 points w/o the TO and missed FG. There is a great deal of hope in the offense. Max Smith and Co. are going to move the ball and score points this year. They'll get their kinks worked out in the next two weeks. Defensively, it's back to drawing board. Sorry Alpha I meant to do a plus vote on your post...I agree about the O showing some promise and certainly seems like they will be the bright spot on this team. It's early but if they continue to improve, clean things up, and throw some more wrinkles in that they weren't able to do yesterday I look for them to be able to make some noise. Defiantly could see them leading us to upset someone unexpected...go cats!
