Isnt that opening weekend for Keeneland? There wont be 30,000 in the stands.

Agree! It could be the smallest attendance ever for Commonwealth Stadium since it opened in 1973.

Wish more did. I know it's a frustrating situation, but supporting the players is huge. We as fans need to have their backs.

Heck I was selfishly hoping for a noon kickoff, so it wouldnt conflict with the Reds first playoff game and I could see both. If they wind up playing at San Francisco the earliest they would play is probably 4pm.
And Matt, I believe you are a Giants fan, so Im sure you'll be watching as well.

I am indeed. Two years ago during the Giants' World Series run I spent a lot of time in the press box at CWS (and the clincher at Rupp Arena) with one eye on my laptop and one on the games.

I'll be there, could be a better game than some are expecting. If Smith stays healthy, and we mix in some Whitlow, with the D playing like they did early in G'ville, might be surprised. I don't know if UK will win a bunch of games from here on out, but I feel confident they are starting to put it together with this young team a little more. May end up being too little, too late for Joker, who knows, but I like our chances in all the games after Saturday, and don't completely rule out Saturday. Hope we can get over the hump and put a full game together each and every time out the rest of the way!! Go Cats!
