  • Look at those GUNS!!! He's got arms like Josh Clemons... I actually like this late offer. If he really is that athletic I say sign em up, he sure looks like a SEC player already. I would love to see this guy in the backfield at about 230#... I know we need WR's but that guys a beast. Heck he may even be a nice SAM LB or MLB if he likes to hit. This kid could play all over the field with that type of size and athleticism. I like this late offer he sure doesn't look to be one of those last minute stretches... His video is good too.

  • Looks like a Bookie Cobbins-type situation to me. Be forthright and give him an honest chance to play QB and if it doesn't work, move him elsewhere.

  • Yea it's similar but on tape this kid looks to have a much stronger base. Have you saw the way he runs through arm tackles??? I really really like this kid I hope we can get him. When he's at WR he even goes up and plucks the ball out of the air with his hands, no chest catching with this kid. On tape he looks to have the speed too. If we could get this kid, Henderson and Maye I would be very happy. No question he is a playmaker. I know all of us make the comparison all the time but this kid looks like a big Randal Cobb with just alittle less burst. Did you ever see Dez Bryant's HS video? It looks similar to Whitlow's... Heard anything on Henderson chris, Jeff?

  • Yea we are like 0/10 right now, we are due some luck... WIth Ole Miss leading on Henderson that's not looking to good either, I really hope we can get that kid as well. Ole Miss has killed us this year.

    I'd be very happy with this kid. I still like ex QB's playing WR. I know some people have soured on that proposition but I'm still a believer. Get kids that can run hard. Like Roark and give them a chance to do it. We saw what Roark did in that last game. I believe Bookie and a kid like this can do the same.

  • Whats the catch with this kid?? Grades?? He seems to have size, athleticism and good football knowledge. This would be a great pick up and seems like one of those players that needs to be on the field somewhere.

    I was thinking the same thing... But from the way it looks it's still just a offer. I hope we can gain some momentum though. Why aren't we getting in on kids like this earlier is crazy... Guys like this one, Cross, Henderson we should be in on guys like that from day 1... As of late I think Joker's undetermined future has played a big factor with some of these kids. I just hope we can finish strong, with less than 2 days left I just hope we can end up with guys like this one.

  • He's an 87 rated 3 star kid, yet his three offers are Ark State, MTSU and UK? Odd. Hope we catch a break and get him, seems to be under the radar, yet not sure how.

    IMO this has been Jokers enemies biggest ace in the hole. Particularly against Ole Miss, you don't think Freeze is telling those kids he'll be there through their graduation, and that joker will be gone this year or the next?
    That's just the name of the game, and a big part in why the early kids UK was in on have believed and stood by Joker, and the ones we jumped in on late have been more hesitant, they may like Joker and the program, but are uncertain about the future.

    May have been the tipping point for kids as torn Cross, Henderson, Wales, etc
