FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. - Still looking to bolster its NCAA Tournament resumé Kentucky will try to do what only one of 17 opponents have done this season: win in Bud Walton Arena.
The Cats (20-8, 11-4) have a chance to make a statement with the Selection Committee should it be able to defeat Arkansas (17-11, 8-7) on the Hogs' home floor. Syracuse is the only team to have done that this season, escaping with a 91-82 victory on Nov. 30.
Tip is set for 4 p.m. on CBS.

Seriously?! I think the Sec should address the conflict of interest between Shows and Cal, especially on the road. It seems like it is creating an unfair advantage. I normally don't bitch about calls, but this seems to be a personal riff that has shown to interfere with games. With only two road games left, and very important ones at that, I think they should subtly have switched up the crews. Just my opinion...

I'm sure it will be a record crowd, Scotty Thurman and Corliss Williamson will be there, Nolan Richardson bobble head night, and on this day 32 years ago Eddie Sutton and Arkansas did something that hasn't happened until today, etc, etc... Hope the cats can just play hard and hang on to their shorts early, bc Arkansas will try to run us out of Bud Walton right from the start.

Georgia's win over Tennessee probably just knocked the Vols out of whatever small chance they had for at-large berth. Kentucky heads to UGA next Thursday night.

It's impossible to score when officials allow this kind of hand checking /fouling/body checks.
