LIVE UPDATES/GAME THREAD: VANDERBILT at KENTUCKY

With its season teetering on the brink Kentucky returns to Rupp Arena for the first of three consecutive home games that will likely determine the fate of the Cats' season.
First up is Vanderbilt, which erased all of a 16-point second half deficit against Kentucky in each team's SEC opener on Jan. 10 before the Cats escaped with a 60-58 victory at Memorial Gym. Ryan Harrow led the Cats with 16 points that day but has been virtually non-existent for UK the past two weeks.
The Cats (17-8, 8-4) will likely need a big game from Kyle Wiltjer, who managed just two points and one rebound in the previous meeting. That performance drew UK coach John Calipari's wrath and sparked a resurgence from the sophomore forward.

You would certainly think so. Hard to believe if they lost this anything short of sweeping Missouri, Arkansas and Florida would do it as an at-large bid.

I honestly believe we must either win out. Or every game but fla and atleast one win in sec tourney. The Sec is getting no respect this year.

The SEC deserves no respect this year. Here's the complete list of all SEC wins over non-conference ranked teams this season:

Very quiet here in Rupp Arena just 10 minutes before tip. Wonder how crowd will be once game gets going. May need to spur team on its heels.
