I absolutely cannot stand Loserville, but I'm afraid that they are the better team this year. Their offense and defense is better and more experienced than ours and that usually translates into a good butt-kickin.

Our program is heading in the right direction but this year we will struggle. Next year we will kick their butt at Commonwealth!!

Has there been a bigger UK/UofL game for the Kentucky football program since the series restarted in the 90's? The 2007 was big because it put the Cats on the map again and paved the way for that great season which included the LSU win. The 2004 game had the same effect. But this years game could be one that catapults waning season ticket sales (and perhaps saves the HC's job) or it could be the final nail in the coffin for the current regime. If they lose, I can see a scenario where the home attendance rivals that of the final Curry years when the ushers were handing out tickets to home games outside of the stadium (I got handed tickets to the NE La. game....that UK lost). With all that on the line, I am going to change my mind concerning my initial prediction in which I had UofL covering the spread.

It is one of the largest participation levels that we have had, and that is exciting. The more the merrier.
Remember, to stay in the running for season long standings, you need to participate in every game. I will be keeping a separate tally of standings for SEC games only as well.
