Manziel taking only online courses

The Big Lead's Jason McIntyre reporting that reigning Heisman Trophy winner Johnny Manziel is taking only online courses at Texas A&M and is only on campus about once a month.
If this were Anthony Davis or one of UK's other high-profile one-and-dones, I'm convinced the Earth would spontaneously combust.

When it's UK related, they would go high on UK. If it's a SEC school, they waste no time to bash the SEC. When it is Duke/UNC, they switch to mute and sleep early.

You'll probably see this more and more for the general student population as well, so I'm not sure why it should be a big deal. But yes, you are correct that if it was UK everyone would scream, "look, them's cheatin'".

You are spot on Chris and that is why we pay for a clear view of UK athletics through CP. The media is all out to punch UK whenever possible.

If this were happening at UK with Cal leading the way, it would be the top story on ESPN and Bobby Knight would mention it in every sentence he spoke. I don't believe in the ESPN bias but Ido think Cal draws such controversy in people ESPN would Mae it high priority.

They just said the center that plays for Missouri that had been hurt has been taking online classes so he could practice in the gym as much as he wants so he could get back in shape,again if this happened at UK would be talked about on every ESPN channel!!
