If he had an AC sprain in his shoulder or a 3rd degree tear then he's not 100%. If the AC in the shoulder is the problem then they have to be giving him cortisone shots before the game.... If that's the case then I hope its not a close game in the 4th quarter... That stuff is good for 3 quarters and in the 4th quarter the player feels every bit of the pain.... I sprained my AC joint in my shoulder and lived on cortisone shots for the remainder of the season when I played....

If he sprained his ac joint in the western game and was able to play through it it wasn't that bad. I sprained mine in a game in high school and couldn't play the rest of the game. In fact, the md's were convinced it was a broken collerbone. I felt good enough without a shot to play the next week and was healthy within two.
Have we gotten confirmation on what is actually wrong?

Smith getting hurt two years in a row shows why having great QBs coming off a redshirt is a wonderful plan. Towles will come in on a level playing field for playing time next year because of the injury problems. He will need to get stronger, tougher, and memorize the playbook in the off season, along with workouts with his receivers.

Just kidding of course. Thanks again for taking the time to chat with me yesterday.
