Sounds like the kid has a good head on his shoulders...Marrow has this pinned down IMO. That's why it's so important to have guys on the staff who can build a relationship with these guys. Marcus has already stated in the past that Coach Marrow was the reason he committed to NU, sounds like he's ours.
I am loving this...great times guys, breathe it in.

Love how Nebraskas mad. They sure as heck didnt mind us talking to Miles who they never even told goodbye they just ignored him.

Wow, getting upset over one 18 year old kid that wants to follow a family friend to a college where Marrow is now coaching. Nebraska has the 20th ranked recruiting class, I wouldn't worry about one recruit. Nebraska and Pelini will be fine, you should too.
Also, UK would have taken Courtney Love also if he wasn't already enrolled.

I can't believe this comment! Where's Ohio?....Hmmm is it next to Nebraska.....no. Hmmm must be just Touching and North of Kentucky..check. Oh and by the way the Assistant Coach who helped recruit, or shall I say brought him to your doorstep is a family friend that now works for...Hmmm the state that touches, and is just a little north of his home state.
Guess this doesn't make sense to go with family, and being NEAR home. He's a kid, and if this will be his only (as you'd likely say), bad decision......well good for him.

The fact that you posted something so immature tells me that your feelings are hurt by his decision, so clearly you will miss him.
Yea, can't understand why I kid would want to play in a conference that has produced the last seven national championship winners and annually produces the most first round draft picks. Nor can I understand why he would want to go to school where Vince Marrow, a long-time family friend, coaches.
