I disagree. Mizzou and Columbia as a town are pretty darn good fits IMO. If you take a trip to Mizzou this fall you will see a sec atmosphere on campus. It's a mix between UK and Ole Miss. Very OLD college town and a very loyal fanbase. Lots of tailgaiting and tradition for a school with limited football success.

For Georiga, yes, and everybody in the entire country thought they were the most hideous looking uniforms ever designed by human intelligence. There's a reason they only wore them for one game (which is different than an entire seaons/permanent uniforms). And they got beat.

I don't remember Florida having weird uniforms. The only thing I can think of is when they wore a uniform with orange on the shoulders for a game (again, not permanent).

I don't think Mizzou's uniforms look that bad -- not too far off from a "classic" uniform. The only point I was trying to make was the SEC isn't a league that is into the Oregon look. We're the standard for football and tradition. And I'm glad that when the SEC is mentioned, people don't think of Oregon type uniforms.

I like the Mizz. Tiger helmet. I would love for UK to have a Wildcat helmet like that for special games.

Not crazy about the jerseys but those helmets are sick.

I like the white jersey uni all the way. That would certainly qualify as an away uniform.

Not really sure what uniforms have to do with being in a conference. Its all about money these days anyway. They'll fit in the SEC just fine. Big state schools work in the SEC and thats what they are.

They look funky (in a positive non-jazz way)
