Playing in the extreme western corner of the Bluegrass State means that J.D. Harmon doesn't get quite as much exposure as some of the other top seniors in Kentucky.

Tilghman will have a test with Ft Campbell. That defense of theirs shut down previously undefeated Edmonson County last week.

Ft. Campbell should worry about Tilghman's defense. In their last 8 games, they have 3 shutouts, 3 games in which they have given up 7 points in those games and one game they gave up 6 points. It's not easy beating a team twice, but they have all ready beaten Fort Campbell 31-7.

I know I've preached about the need to get in the 4-star parade, but this kid can really play. I have no idea why his offer sheet isn't longer. Both Chris and I liked him a lot at UK's camp. Great, great hands and instincts to go get the ball.

ukcats did he improve his speed that much? He is on record with a time of 4.55 I believe which isnt exceptional. Has he improved it that much? 4.3 is exceptional.
It smells like microwaved homeless people in here.

If this kid is exceptionally fast, has great, great hands and instincts then he would be committed to Florida already. Period. There's more to this.

The fact that s kid looks good in a camp setting doesn't mean they can really play, especially when its just UK's camp as opposed to camp at one of the big schools where there are tons of studs you're being compared against.

Harmon has size, skill, and decent speed. But, he's not faced great competition and it's hard to know how he projects in the SEC. I think the kid can play, but ...

JD, interesting that you comment on his hands. Everyone in Paducah says he has two knocks that keep him from being a big time prospect- major inconsistent hands and lack of top line speed.

I should have not used the word exceptional. I understand your point. With the comment about his hands, he may not have great hands, but I would not think his hands would be an issue.
