I've wandered often this year, ok I've hoped often this year, that a light switch is gonna go on in Newtons' head ala Andre, I was just hoping it wasn't going to take a arse kicking at LSU to make it happen!

I am VERY dissapointed in Newton's performance, and I absolutely have not been a Newton basher until this week. Last night I saw him stare down 1 receiver an entire play, For him to be a junior with game experience and have been under grandmaster Sanders for going on 3 years now his inability to do some of the more advanced/mature things a upperclass QB should be able to do is mind blowing. Last year everyone was moaning and groaning about Hartline's crap deepball, this year Newton is able to hit a post or a seam but he can't hit an out or slant!

I think the switch might still be able to come on on Newton but it better hurry up because this fan base is quickly getting back to the point it was the last time we played at LSU.
