at less thats what I've read on twitter. I think SM is really the only talks thats going on...other 2 are just rumors.
Take it for what its worth

I would like to have him, but he'd be nuts to turn down a HC job at SM to make what is at best, a lateral move to UK. Granted, if he has sucess at UK, he will really prove his worth as desrving a shot as a Head coach, but he really already has. Unless he's just hellbent on getting back to UK, or we just offer him more money than we probably want to, I don't see it happening.

Southern miss - I seen on a Southern Miss board that they had sources telling them that Southern Miss was going after Head Coaches only or coaches with head coaching expierence and that they were still interviewing people.
LA Tech - I've seen some names mentioned and none of them were Brown but that's not saying that they aren't interested. I was just on a LA Tech board and 6 pages of coaching search rumors and Neal Brown was NOT mentioned.
Arkansas State - I haven't heard nothing about him going to Arkansas State. I hear Bobby Petrino has contacted them and is interested in the position. Seen on a Southern Miss board that it's about 85% chance that they pull the trigger on Bobby Petrino next week.

From a Texas Tech Recruiting Analyst, he said and this was from earlier, that it was down to Kentucky and Southern Miss but that LA Tech and Arksansas State wasn't out of the question, He also said that everything he's hearing points to Neal leaving. Tim Couch said tonight that he wouldn't be surprised to see Neal Brown as OC at Kentucky next year....Maybe he knows something we don't? We helped Barnhart bring Stoops to Kentucky and he's pushing awful hard to get Brown to come. Also I hear if Brown comes he maybe bringing 2 assistants instead of 1....

Nothing personal, but I'm not sure I want a coach who would rather take the job with less pressure and less responsibility. Any coach who has aspirations to be a HC woudl not look at it that way at all.

I am way behind on these coaching prospects, so forgive me. What kind of players(3 star, 4 star, etc) would we be getting if this guy comes to UK? Also what kind of offense does he like to run?

He runs the Air Raid offense. High powered offense at that
