WKYT is reporting that Neal Brown will be the next OC at UK.Possibly bringing with him Scott (RB) and Schlarman (OL). This could be one of the best staffs UK has ever had

How good of recruiters are Brown, Scott and the OLine coach from Troy whose name I can't spell....are they good at recruiting and developing players?
I know Brown can give UK an offense that can light people up, but can someone give me some insight on the other two?
