    Good point, but I wish sometimes they would wait as better players become available/interested, and they may not have room for them. Smith could blow up this year though and become wanted by some other BCS programs. At this point, I just wish they would take players that had other BCS offers.

    You need to look at Boyd and Field's offer list.

  • I remember a time when Randall Cobb's only other offer was MTSU. Smith is fast enough, physical, and made some damn nice catches in his video.

  • A recruit no one new about last year that verballed to us was Sweat. The staff did watch him work out so there's something they like. I'll trust them on this one as I scratch my head lol

  • Its all about the individual player, how much they love football, how much they believe in themselves and how much work they are willing to put in. I like the guys that have a chip on their shoulder, something to prove. What could Aaron Boyd have been with Randall Cobbs work ethic? I don't know if this kid will be that kinda kid or not but you have to look further than an offer sheet. I find the timing a little strange. Still several kids on the board and not a lot of offers to give. Interesting to say the least.
