Hearing from "other" sources that the NCAA has cleared him to practice and play.......the great news just keeps on coming.....ok...Mr. Lee....come on down.

Yeah Bob Williams from the NCAA confirmed it in an email to USA Today. I'm shocked no suspension.

Me too, I figured at least a 2 game suspension even if they didn't find any impropriety.

This is monster news, I feel like its getting slept on a little cause of all the other excitement today. With Duke missing Plumlee and us with a full roster now I feel much more confident with our two big games to start the season.

It's not the good Plumlee they're missing. It's the RS Freshman. Mason is the Senior and he's fine.
Edit: Plum3 is the one that's hurt. That's how I keep them straight, the crappy one is a pro, the ok one is a Senior at Duke, and the other crappy one is Plum3.

Thought Cal may just be speaking off the cuff at the time but obviously he knew before anyone else. Huge for UK that they'll have Noel for Maryland and Duke to start the year.

supposedly the youngest plumlee is the best of the 3...i dont really kno but thats what ive been told...its still good for us that hes out cause now they replace his minutes wit josh hairston who isnt very big(6'7) or very good...duke scared me a lil bit because its our second game and we wont really be flowing together and they r a veteran team but with plumlee out and noel in i feel alot more confident

No he's not. That's the Zellers. The middle Plumlee was the only one ranked in the Top 50. Marshall made the Top 80 so he's supposed to be better than Miles but Mason is the only one that's supposed to be pretty good.

U might be right as to where they were ranked but I wasn't thinkin of the zellers I kno the difference...I've been told by some pretty big duke fans that they think he's gonna be the best out of the 3 I do t really kno much else about him but what some duke fans have told me...they said he's bigger then both brothers and has the skill of mason and athletisim of miles...this is word of mouth and none of them r professionals lol...just sayin I wasn't confusing the zellers and plumlees and wasn't goin off rankings

Should just follow me on twitter. You wouldn't have been as worried as a lot of people out there were. Tweeted it once it was mentioned NCAA was looking into Noel there wasn't much there if you knew the true back story of why NCAA was looking to begin with. I fully expect him to miss zero games even though knowing how NCAA is a bunch of dopes a game or 2 wouldn't have totally shocked me but they'd really be reaching. Basically came down to a few adults with an ax to grind against Nerlens and they found a writer more than willing to help them grind that ax. There are only 3 key things needed to know with this whole thing. They are Leo Papile, Pete Thamel and Syracuse University.

Don't matter... the haters will always accuse us, Cal and the university of being cheaters. Card fans were begging for another ineligible ruling by the NCAA... poor lads. It sucks that they will have to face our best possible lineup when we play... life is so unfair for lil bro. If they lose to Cal and our Cats again... they may accuse us of being a bully and file a hate crime charge against us.
