OT: Larry Brown agrees to coach SMU

Okay, assuming that he makes it to the beginning of the season, how do you folks see him doing in this position? Larry has been out of the biz for a while, and has been out of the college biz for a long time. Plus he's old and crotchety and probably doesn't have a lot of patience for the types of players that SMU will have. I'm not sure that this is going to culminate in anything good for the Mustangs.

I wouldn't count him out. He's one of the very few to have success at both college and NBA levels.
Plus, he was a mentor to the best coach in America.
