POLL: To Show How "Split" BBN is...

.....Then you have a problem with Joker personally that you may want to seek help with if you want him gone even with great success.

Sorry, gotta ask. Are you from the eastern KY Mountains bordering West Virginia?

No Sarge not a problem at all with Joker... Good person no doubt. But I'm not one to sit around hope for something different when its not gonna happen or sugar coat the situation. The man has to go I want more than a Music City Bowl or Liberty Bowl here and there just look at the attendance at the games. It's not about what if Joker wins he's not that is the case here. We need a change period. I want to finally watch a Ky team play 60 mins and not b happy with 35 and blame it on ur young guys. And no I'm not from Eastern Ky but If I was that would b alright. Peace!!!!

How quick we change our minds Big Sarge!!! Lol on what we think of Joker.

  • I played for Fran Curci for 4 years back in the time of the dinosaurs and I would never root against the players and thats what you would be doing if you choose choice B. Were there a lot of people wanting to see the basketball cats lose when Billy Clyde was coach I think not. So the question should be do you want the football cats to win or lose and if you choose lose then find another school to follow.

  • Really no need to answer because A is never going to happen. Of course I'd love for Kentucky to win the rest of their games and keep Joker but there's a better chance of me winning GQ man of the year.

I was on the Joker bandwagon until this season. My biggest problem with him......he shows no fire whatsoever. Rich Brooks would show some fire. He'd scream at officials, throw his headset......you could tell he cared. Joker's just like....Ho-hum, we're getting our butts kicked again. That's another thing that kills me. We're not even competitive anymore. UL could have named the score. Same with Florida and South Carolina just needed to wake up at halftime to outscore us 31-0. Today UK is down 27-7 before Miss. St. put it on cruise control.

  • I'll play - B.

The scenario / premise is ridiculous. We will probably lose to Samford.

    Joker stinks..

    I want Petrino....bad

You then are pulling against all those young men that go out there week after week and put everything they have into the game only to have fans like some on this site are saying. Dont get me wrong I want a coaching change but not in the middle of the season and I would never root against a KY team for any reason.

    You're wrong again.

Try reading the posts, and then apply comprehension.

If you still cannot understand let me know and I will explain it for you.

  • I'm for whatever is best for the future of UK football. Joker hasn't shown me anything that makes me think that is him. I refuse to answer the original question because we all know question A isn't gonna happen. UK might win 1 more game this year. I don't even see us lucking our way into an unexpected victory this year like UT last year and USC the year before.

    1) Troll/bait question. Answer is A.

    2) No one is "missing" the the point of your question as it is obvious.

    3) If you truly think the fan base is split in the manner of your original post, you way off.

People want Joker gone cause he is not winning (you may need this explained). You, in your OP take away the reason people want him gone and then ask if the still do...? The fan base is NOT split on Joker the man, we are split on wanting to win (people like me) and wanting to play nice (people like you).

  • B and proud of it. I want to see the entire Joker/Brooks experiment gone from UK. New blood will make a winner but Joker will not.

People need to think. Towles is good and will get better in a system with a real passing attack coach. With a Petrino, Towles would be an AA but under Joker he may not start next year with Smith back. Make no mistake, Smith and Towles are not even close in being an SEC QB but Joker has proven that he couldn't tell the difference in a practice player and a gamer.

  • As a UK fan, I will never cheer against the Cats. The rational part of me at this point does want whatever is neccessary to happen to cause Barnhart to make a move. However, that is not cause I want UK to lose, it's only because I fear that Barnhart is stupid enugh that he is going to try to find a way to keep Joker despite how badly we suck, if at all possible. Any other school would have already decided to fire Joker. Maybe we have too? Whatever the case, I just want to erase my memories of the past couple years and try to start again.

  • To be honest... I really expected more B's, than what we currently see on here. So +1 to everyone who had the nads to be honest... and picked B.

I knew you guys were out there, because I personally know many people who feel that way... and they would rather us lose out to guarantee a coaching change, than win out and keep Joker. It sucks, but that's just the way it is. Bottom line is.... we ALL want what is best for UK Football.

  • I hate to admit it but when UK had the good start against USC I was worried. Sure it would be great to win but I was so scared UK would win that game and save Joker's job like the UT game did last year. I'd rather go through one year of severe pain and get rid of the cause than to have a good week and keep the problem lingering for 5 years.

I honestly believe there are many more who agree with you, than of those who are willing to admit it.

I have to admit... it's very easy to understand why people would feel that way. Many just want a fresh start... with whomever.

  • A. I don't care who is here as long as they're winning. If Joker could reel off wins the rest of the way which would include wins against Georgia, Vandy, Missouri, Tennessee, and Arkansas I believe that would be the most conference wins for a UK teams in decades. And an improvement as well as bowl eligibility and Top 2-3 in the East. You don't fire a guy who could do that at UK with a young squad.

Problem is this is 99% not going to happen and is an unrealistic scenario.

Carl......my sentiments exactly. So, under this scenario I would be a "B."
