I will be completely honest, I don't post on here enough or read who post what to know who has info & who does not. With that said you may be posting exactly what you were told, BUT I have a very good source with Petrino's camp & last I was told there has been nothing going on with UK & Petrino for a couple of weeks. In fact last I was told Aub is the school that is most involved with him. Also, if there was something in place for 2 weeks with Petrino I would have heard something about it. Unless this is the best kept secret of the hiring process, then I think you got some bad info. We shall see.

Yea I've said this a hundred times Bobby Petrino isn't the man for this job. He just isn't we need a coach that can get the most out of the players we got and BP just isn't the man. If Mitch has struck out he needs to throw another million or mill and a half and try some of them again. I just think if he would throw 3.5 mill. or 4mill at Peterson he should be able to lure him away. And I've been to Boise been by the football field and it is very nice there but its not in the SEC. Can't believe Peterson doesn't want to move forward in his coaching career. Hopefully Mitch will wrap this search up and name a new coach soon because we need whoever the coach will be to come in and maybe boost our recruiting class.

I would hope that wouldn't be the reason. This is an SEC football team, not the Make-A-Wish Foundation. If the deal is done with an immediately available coach, the announcement could at least be made, and the job to start Sunday. If the team can avoid any period of time without a HC, the players will be much better off.

You are saying that Mitch fired Joker on the 4th of Nov. and 4 days later he made a deal with BP, is that what you are saying? if so your sources are pulling your leg because 4 days after the firing they were just putting a firm list together. But maybe Mitch will announce it tommorow on Black Friday.

I 100% guarantee you Bobby Petrino is NOT Uk's next coach. And as for a deal being in place...thats bologna...To the op..i will bet this...if BP is named Uk coach...i will forever stop posting ...if you will do the same if he isnt? Are you game? UK's next coach..will be..one of these...D.Doeren, M.MacIntyre, C.Peterson, or Phil Fullmer..with Tuberville edging in late. One of these 5...Bobby P..zero chance!!

I don't believe that this could have possibly been done for two weeks, and I'm still not convinced any administrator would take the risks associated with a Petrino hire. If you're right, kudos on breaking a story literally no-one has had any info on. If you're wrong, you deserve a ban for inflammatory posting.
