I posted this yesterday on a thread where sleepydog was apologizing for having gotten bogus info, fwiw...

I feel the exact same way, I just wanted to share what I was told was a "lock". As things wore on, the same "source" began waffling, and I instantly regretted having ever posted it in the first place. I apologize as well, and think I will keep my posts limited to my own personal opinions and knowledge moving forward. As far as Stoops goes, I hope he does well, I do not know much about him yet, but I look forward to his first press conference to see what he has to say!!!

Well I thought I would pipe in on this thread and say, for those who reponded on my "Apology" thread Thanks, and I really havent read too much of the posts of the 2 people who most of you are commenting on but I do know that some of the things that were intimated by these 2 people were at times hard to understand why they said what was said. But I wont rip into them because thats not my style and although I do disagree with things said on this site I would like to think I have disagreed in a less that offending way. I was against the hiring of BP from the start for various reasons and thank MB for selecting a good man for the job and hope that UK can now work toward being competitive in the SEC which means they can compete with anyone in the country.
