At least the lightning kept things from getting worse. A second weather delay prompted officials to terminate Saturday's game with Arkansas leading 49-7 in the third quarter.

Darrell, I respect your opinions on the KY football program situation, so what would you do to correct things within the football program. Thanks
Darrell as much as I respect you as a journalist, your final thoughts are disturbing. My continued subscription supports my faith in you and the rest of your staff, I have been a member through all of the website changes. My issue is that someone needs to be our voice as fans. Why is the media not doing this?
If you don't call Mitch to make a statment, who will? There are no excuses at this point.
I could see a defensive arguement if Joker had not been a part of this program for so long.
Wake up
Someone wanted to quit tonight to end the total embarrasment. Was it Barnhart? Was it Joker? Was it the players? If it was Joker or Barnhart, or both they need to be fired tonight. If it was the players they also need to find a new school.
Who wants to go into battle with quitters and losers? The SEC is a mans league and it is obvious the powers that be have little respect for what little tradition UK football has. To call a game to "save face" sounds cowardly if they never asked the players if they wanted to quit then that is what is leading the program. Waiting out the storm is one thing, no matter how long it takes.
Did anyone ask the players? No matter the score, no matter the rain, did anyone even ask the players?
