After watching most of the Rockets summer league games I had a feeling this would happen. Too many forwards and the other guys were looking better than Josh and he wasn't getting much playing time. Hope he lands somewhere.

Rockets definitely not the right situation for Jorts. Maybe he has shown enough in his time with the Knicks to get a shot with another team.

Houston Forwards
I'm pretty sure Josh will catch on somewhere. Just needs to find the right fit. Maybe Brooklyn.

He was a fan favorite in NY for sure. Just not sure he's as good a fit for Mike Woodson as he was Mike D'Antoni.

Actually, in preparation for future NBA roster fairness, the NBA is implementing a new rule that only allows two UK players on any one NBA roster at a time ... therefore helping ensure that as Cal continues to coach at UK, talent will be evenly spread around the NBA. Since PP and TJ are there too, Jorts has to play somewhere else.
(In all seriousness, I hope that Josh finds another home and continues his NBA career.)
