Ryan Timmons

I would assume Timmons is a 4.35 type..which is a blazer..I know he has ran several 10.7 100m dashes..which isnt bad at all..he was the fastest player in the state 2 years in a row..was 2nd this year and had a bum quad ..(a strain i think) so,..with some good str and speed coaching..He could be one of those rare 4.2 guys.

Whos the guys giving me downers for this? Do you at least have the courage to announce yourself?

Thanks for all the love guys. Really really appreciate it! Now..Ryan..all you have to do is live up to my superstar/heisman expectations and all is well..LoL. Thanks for all the ups. Nice to have..especially since I have at least one hater that keeps my rating going down..haha. I will be doing some more research on other players and adding new updates..on the 2014 kids too..since Josh and Chris are swamped atm.

I guess my hater read this ? I get Dv'd for thanking people now?? You must be a Louisville fan at heart. You cant be a True BBN'er

  • Timmons is very, very good. But James Quick was the best player in the state this year by a mile. What Quick did against some of the best programs in the Midwest is pretty remarkable. I mean, Quick was the MPV of the Army All-American game. Timmons had the luxury of playing against small class competition, I'd hope any player rated at a 4-star or higher could accumulate stats that he did.

I am trying to tailor my excitement for Timmons until he plays a college game. I have said for the last year he is not make or break for this class. He would be a very nice piece to have, but not a must-have. Obviously the staff would love to have him because he is talented and is in such a close proximity to Lexington.

  • IF Timmons is truly that good, he'll need a great QB, supporting cast along the O-line, a running game and other good receivers to help keep defensives honest. Not sure we can promise all that right now. But he certainly sounds like the kind we need more of at UK.
