SEC is back in the National Championship!!!

Its something else that the 2 top ranked teams both lost and the #1 team was blown out by Baylor.Im really happy that the SEC is back in the hunt for the national title and your right ND should be worried. Alabama should be #2 now and I think they could beat ND if the championship game comes down to those 2 because of their defense. I would have liked to have seen Texas A&M and Johnny Football play for the national championship but thats not possible so I will settle for Alabama winning it.

Defense wins championships. For all the talk about the explosive Ducks, Stanfords D was very highly ranked and showed why. If ND can beat USC in LA next week then I'm guessing it will end up being Bama over UGA for the SEC and then will play ND to defend its championship.

Game note USC QB could be out for the ND game.

If I'm Notre Dame, I'm praying for anyone instead of Bama. Saban with a month to game plan is a scary game to ride into. Next 2 weeks will get very interesting for the SEC and college football

I hope not. Notre Dame reminds me of UK bball struggling for those 2 decades. Usually I'd be for an all sec chamionship but I'd like to see ND get in it and win it.

Notre Dame having NC aspirations is good for college football. They are an intriguing match up and the only undefeated team in contention but, they have USC in Los Angeles remaining.
They have a smothering defense giving up 11 pts on avg. 26 points in 3OT's is the most they gave up. Not necessarily an automatic win for the SEC. Bama/UGA vs.ND
