Dont live in SF, but have been out there during UK games and the bar of choice is usually Zeke's on 3rd and Brennan
This is where the alumni association has had game watch parties in the past.
Cracking that first beer at 9am Pacific was a challenge....but i managed

I currently live in the East Bay and Zeke's for sure is the HQ for the UK Bay Area Alumni Association. the entire back of the bar has UK memorabilia all over the walls. get pretty good crowds for some of the bigger games.
