Olblue - I know this has been brought up before but I have to ask the question... "Why do you argue more for Olred, than you do for Olblue?" You've said more good about about UL in this one posting than you have about UK in all your postings combined.
My goodness, you even just attacked Cal in defending Hurt, Strong, and UL. Just... well... very curious?

I've read articles outling allegations against Coach Calipari's programs in the past. I've also read articles where is name has been cleared of any wrongdoing in those allegations.
Not being stubborn. Just asked for a link where these former Miami coaches - and there are a lot of them scattered around - have been found to have been guilty of the allegations made against them.
Not saying that they won't be found guilty, but if they are, I can't imagine Louisville or Missouri or Alabama or WKU, etc will face any sanctions unless rules were violated at those schools.

Actually you haven't. Cal hasn't done anything to get his programs on probation and has NEVER been accused of recruiting violations. Camby took money from an agent. Rose who had responded to the NCAA 3 times had had enough so Cal was guilty of what? Playing a player that the NCAA had approved to play. Compare that to Hurtt who has been NAMED by several players, parents and convicted felon of violations.

Olblue is eeking out the same old tired perspective that all UL haters constantly exert. The difference with the Cal and the Clint Hurt ordeal is that the NCAA is now investigating Hurts envolvement as the recruiting coordinator at Miami. The incidents at Cal's old schools did not directly envolve him as a named violator as it has regarding Hurt. He actually performed the violations and is the focus of those circunstances.
That is a monumental variance within the circumstances, so OLBUE! You are out of context on this.

You might want to go back and read my post again. I didn't suggest Calipari has done anything to get his programs on probation and never once said he has been accused of recruiting violations.
What I said was I've read about allegations against Coach Calipari's programs in the past and I've also read where he was not found to be part of the allegations.
Point being, people have accused Coach Calipari of a lot of stuff over the years. I remember - prior to his being hired at UK - people on these very boards questioning how he handled his programs. People like 80 Proof. But after the investigations were completed, he was given a clean bill of health so to speak.
There are a lot of allegations against former Miami coaches. I find it interesting that you people are focusing on Hurt and completely ignoring the fact that I mentioned other coaches whose names have come up as the result of the Yahoo investigation. Why not call me a Bama homer, or a Hilltopper, or - even worse - a Mizzou Tiger?
You people should really read a little better and think a lot more.
