I'm not sure he ever gets eligible, no matter where he commits (or doesn't commit).

I'll check with his coach. I talked to him two hours before it was released that he had committed to WVU so it kind of surprised me.

Gibson is scheduled to visit Tennessee this weekend. The player said he was a WVU commit, and sources at WVU said they accepted the commit.
I haven't spoken with the high school coach, so I don't know if there was some confusion or miscommunication - but right now we have him listed as a WVU commit.
