The House of Blue

I love both sports. I can watch both, and be happy about it. That said, it's a new basketball season. I was amped the hell up for football, and I'll be amped the hell up tonight for basketball. I still have faith in the football team.

With so much negativity in much of the football talk lately, maybe it's nice to let it lie low briefly. Maybe the Cats will surprise tomorrow and the mood will improve. Maybe :)

This is ridiculous and I hate when people do this.

#1. It's the day of Big Blue Madness... the start of the Basketball season folks.
#2. We are hanging our #8 banner tonight at BBM
#3 First time seeing our #1 recruiting class live
#4 The FB team has been abysmal and fans are apathetic to say the least

OF course their is going to be more BB coverage right now. How many times can we argue the same points in FB? How many times can you complain about the state of the FB program right now?

Basketball both mens and womens is a ray of shinning light for UK and nothing but positive is coming from either of those as compared to the doom and gloom most have towards FB right now. Let's focus on the positives as the start of basketball season kicks off. We can get back to the FB tomorrow or later down the road when a coaching decision has been made.

I love UK basketball, but I was out watching high school football last night. I have BBM on the DVR, and will watch it when I get a chance, but outside of UK, my interest in college basketball hovers slightly above zero until the conference tournaments start. I simply just love the sport of football better.
