I disagree with your thoughts on Jurich. I think he is worth it based just on his ability to get things done. Look at the facilities.

    This ^
Jurich gets facilities built while our AD says there is no money and can't fund raise.

  • I hate to say it but for the money he gets it should not take 2 tries to get a coach. BCG then Cal, and I hope I am wrong but Joker then who? The talent has gotten much better over the last 5-7 years in football so let's coach them up. I think a 3 win or 4 win season will tell us alot about Joker. Being a season ticket holder for over 30 years I have seen good and bad, hell I thought Curry was a good hire at the time. As for our football team let's be real Urban, Gruden, or nobody of that name is walking through that door. All I can say is damn it Joker let's get it DONE! To use your own words RISE this team! I am tired of everyone leaving Commonwealth saying well basketball season is almost here (I am a season ticket holder in Rupp as well), but I want results on the football field I willl worry about basketball in March!

Why in the hell is Vandy paying its AD $2.6 million/year? That is ridiculous. And, I thought Vandy disbanded its athletic department.

Because he's not the Athletic Director. He's Vice Chancellor of University Affairs, General Counsel, and Secretary.

Athletics is just part of his responsibility.

Doesn't sound like an AD to me.

Its been that way since Paul Hoolihan left 15 years ago.
