Justin Henderson says he is up to 243 lbs. Was listed in the Spring at 229. Also, he would like to have 500 followers before camp starts:

We really, really need some production from young DEs like Henderson, and Mike Douglas to show any improvement on the defensive line this year. I like Ridge and Guy off the edge, but we need some pass rush from the young guys to make a push forward.

Henderson tore it up in the B/W game. Kid is a player. I believe we will see him backing up Ridge Wilson.

I certainly hope that Ukwu is okay. The coaches raved about him this spring and seemed to be sure that he would be a breakout player for the Cats this year.

Henderson has actually moved to OLB, but will play rush DE in the 3-4 defense.
