Really? What is up with this? I am not making false allegations. It is well documented how Petrino is not the most likable person and that there have been allegations against him. He is also known for his players being over the top at times. Sorry that you seem to be a fan of his.

Here is the entire video, including Petrino addressing the player on the sidelines and the Assistant Coach escorting the player to the locker room (at the 2:40 mark) like a parent would a kid about to get a whipping.
Interesting that the OP's agenda left these little tidbits out.

I have read this thread, and only jump into this argument with some trepidation. On the hit, it was certainly brutal, but I did not see enough to know whether he was malicious with the hit or simply something that happened that can happen in games played at that speed. It was clearly a penalty. The taunting, and celebration, not shown on the video, would be sufficient to cause further review of his conduct, and the ejection from the game, whether the hit itself was in intentional attempt to hurt the Vandy player or simply an unfortunate event in a very rough game.
I will leave that for the game officials, and the SEC office to sort out, and I believe they will do so.
With respect to this Petrino flap up, the response should be rather straight forward. The NCAA welcome anyone possessing evidence of rule violations by any coach to come forward and submit that evidence for ncaa investigation, and if warranted, penalties. So, to those who claim that Coach X is a dirty, cheating, scumbag, produce the evidence. Otherwise, those comments are really nothing but ugly instances of defamation.
I don't care to have the evidence distributed over the internet on message boards, but prompt delivery to ncaa headquarters would be the right way to get it done. I would suggest having your own lawyer provide the information to the ncaa, and have your lawyer offer the source's full and complete cooperation, and require the ncaa to provide a report on the results of their investigation into the evidence.

Typical of a Petrino coached team
