Arkansas or A&M likely. Staff moved on Goodin-Rogers because they already knew they likely weren't getting Jackson from what's going around.

Basketball doesn't require the physical maturity to be successful and baseball had been bringing in strong classes for several years, it was just a matter of fixing a couple pieces here and there. While football recruiting under Joker has been a step above anytime under Brooks, the 2010 class hurt depth (and depth is everything in the SEC where every week is a battle) and the Cats are still not bringing in the elite recruits from the top of the class to the bottom like the big dogs.
Granted, Joker has brought in several future all SEC players and I am as excited as anyone about the type of players he's bringing in, I just don't see the dramatic improvement this year as you did under Mitchell or Henderson. If we did, we're talking challenging for an SEC title...I just don't see that this year.

But I see the problem differently, even with our bowl streak, we failed to get the higher tier athletes and if you are winning and not getting the higher star recruits, you have to look at what the staff is doing. I do think like you that Joker is getting better athletes but now he has to win more to keep that recruiting going up the ladder with the more talented athletes.

uklaw82. Joker just got the staff around him that enables him to recruit the way we need to. We have been saddled for years with a bunch of coaches that took up a spot and did nothing when it came to recruiting. Now we have some very solid recruiters around the board. Sure, there are a couple that are iffy on the road but we also aren't relying on just 1 or 2 guys to do the bulk of recruiting anymore.
The wins will come and the better recruits will continue to come each year and get better.

It's just really hard not to like Matthew Mitchell. That southern drawl plus he doesn't take himself too seriously, hence all the dancing at BBM haha.

Pretty sure the sole reason Makayla hasn't committed is the lack of an offer. If the offer is extended, its just a matter of time before she accepts. Maybe something happens on her upcoming visit?

IMO, Epps has very high ceiling. Whatever the reason(s) she has developed at a much slower pace than many expected, including myself. But make no mistake, she is a very skilled PG right now and if the light comes on...look out.
Rogers continues to improve and has impressed a lot of observers during the summer circuit. She does everything very well. If she's able to grow into the body of a PF defenses are going to have their hands full with her verstaility on offense, Handles the glass very effectively and with good energy as well.
