I'm not trying to rub salt in wounds, like some Cardinal fans, but you were doing good 'til you made this statement.
Tell me, honestly, when was the last time UK had a "good" head coach that was poached by another football team? I' m racking my brain, and since Bear left to a dust bowl in Texas, I can't think of a single one. And don't count Morris, either, 'cause he was ran off by Mitch who wanted his own guy in the job.
(psstt... By the way, Charlie isn't going anywhere after this season. Maybe in another 2 or 3,but not this year. He wouldn't leave before seeing the real fruit of his labor next year, when we should be a legitimate top 15 team.)

It is really hard not to laugh at posts like this. The best he can accomplish at UL is an Orange Bowl, that is the climax of UL football.
And this year UL's path to an Orange Bowl doesn't take them through 1 single good football team. So, here is your Orange Bowl on a silver platter sir.
Need I say more?

Reminiscent of the Petrio Era, UK fans are simply clinging onto the hopes of UL's coach leaving for a bigger job to stay competitive in the series. Face it, UK is going to be major underdogs against UL for at least 2 more seasons, with or without Strong. The true and redshirt sophs at UL have now beaten UK 2 years in a row and are poised to keep that streak rolling through their graduation.

No, but normally they leave for the bucks. Money here is no object. If we get in the Big 12 as will most likely happen, he stays. If not, he will most likely go.
I was impressed with your QB. Nice release and arm. They should have taken a few more shots down the field.

I've got plenty of clue that UL is not going to be a member of the Big 12 conference. Not now, not 2013, not 2014, not 2015. They just expanded - TWICE! - in the last year, and not with you. Why would they want to do so in the future when you have already been evaluted and found to be lacking, to be just not good enough?
Now scurry back to your Little Brother board full of Insider Little Brothers telling you that it is a "done deal", that you people have a secret handshake agreement that you are on the top of the wish list if & when they expand, that the Insider knows because his cousin's momma's gardener heard Mitch McConnell say so
