Update on football player interview availability

Just got the official word on player availability. True freshmen will be available at tomorrow's Media Day and then not again until after the Louisville game on Sept. 2. The quarterback will also be available tomorrow and then not again until after 'decision is made about the opening day starter'

Someone on another site saying there will be academic casualties. Anyone heard anything? Damn I hope not!

Wouldn't be surprised. There seems to be 1 or 2 every year. However, the summer session didn't end until today so I'm not sure that info would be readily available yet. They tend to find those things out tomorrow (i.e. - Cobble a few years ago). That said, I don't like to speculate on kids' academic status until something official comes down from the school. I don't think it's fair to them.
