A coach is always responsible for the criminal actions of players on his teams. One of the excuses often used by those who say Petrino isnt worthy to be UK coach, that his teams were full of criminals (even though they never were, perception trumps facts).
A leaderless program running wild is sure what it appears. Guys not afraid to burn their blunts 2 days before an important game. Guys on the team not paying the slighest bit of attention to a 24 hour aftergame twitter ban.

We get it man. You despise everything about Kentucky football, most notably Joker Phillips. It's come through loud and clear for a long time now. Try to tone down the rhetoric a bit.
Fact is there are more than 100 players in a football locker room. You can't police them all 24 hours a day. And oh by the way, 18-21 year olds make stupid decisions every day. Doesn't mean they have bad or ineffective authority figures in their lives.

Matt, you can't police ONE player 24/7. Nor should you have to. Has nothing to do with how many players are in the locker room. It has to do with players respecting the program and the coach. Respect of the coach will many times prevent stupid decisions from being made in the first place.
I still think Joker is a very fine person, a wonderful person and great example of character in a field where that trait is sometimes lacking. But that sometimes is not enough.
