Walter Mccarty?

Anybody know why he left UL as an assistant? He seems to be fully back on the Big Blue Bus of late & was curious was all, thanks in advance.

No real knowledge, but I can imagine a thousand and one reasons for leaving UL without much effort!

I believe Walter left UofL to be an assistant with the Pacers.
And, I believe he is no longer with the Pacers. He was promoting his singing career pretty heavy there for a while.

I heard him on the radio yesterday and he seemed to be pushing his musical career. He's got an album coming out in May, if I remember correctly. He said he would also be singing The National Anthem at some NBA games, and doing concerts. I've heard him, and he's really good.

We need to get him to Commonwealth next fall.
