Honestly, I don't think there's anything that he can do to save his job. The losses are not just the problem but how his teams have looked in most of his losses. Have there been good qb play today, we could of won the game. It's been poor judgement on players, bad play calling, horrible adjustments.

But, to answer your question, win out and look good doing. Have a game plan set and execute. Show that your team is improving week to week.
