Where is Joker??

  • Off topic but @ Minter i anwsered u on the lets hear my thoughts on what i thought about our Defense, on the "Why our defense will be better in 2012" but u didnt reply.

    So, the OP stated a couple rather than the one supplied. Secondly, the OP did not merely ask where Joker is but made the statement in a manner that spoke negatively of Joker ("Seems surprising that he would be gone with such a big recruiting weekend going on.")

    But, this type of thread is not a one time deal. It is repeated over, and over, and over, and over again and I am not referencing other posters.

    So, yes, it is a cheap shot attack. One that has been repeated over and over.
    This is a no-brainer.

    and you mo is to find realistic UK fans, that actually admit all things aren't sunshine and roses, and berate their legitimite questions about the program.

  • Oh well, I guess we interpreted this differently. I posed the question this morning when the only recruit whom had been interviewed mentioned that Joker was there. There were't any recruits that mentioned speaking with Joker publically until almost 2pm. That's why the question was asked.

    Would it be a negative for Joker to not be on campus for a big recruiting weekend? I'm not sure. I simply know that Hop and others were being highly critical of John L Smith for being away from campus the weekend Arkansas hosted Ryan Timmonns for an unofficial visit. I assumed since they were being so critical of Smith, the same sentiment would hold true for the same situation happening at UK?

    Lets play nice, fellas.. Where's DOAVH? His spirit seems present.

    The point is that it isn't surprising he wasn't there. July is when most of the vacations take place, these guys need a break sometime. Second, these were unofficial visits in which case the staff does not have the same investment as official visits. the suggestion of surprise is a criticism.

    Now, if you weren't such a complete idiot with your head shoved up your whiny bitch ass, you would see that.

    This "big recruiting weekend" had unofficial visits.

    I did not criticize Smith for being away and explicitly pointed out that Joker had been previously been away when a recruit came in near the fourth of July on an unofficial visit when the criticism for Timmons appearance at Arkansas occurred.

    So, I held the same sentiment each of the three times.

    The questioning each of the three times was nonsesne (Joker 2x and Smith once).

    So, get your damn facts straight when you think to put words in my mouth.

  • Maybe he was and is in Happy Valley Pa. I hear that that there is a coaching convention going on there. At least I think so because there is coaches from almost every school that plays football in the country there.
