There's no question the better matchup is Ole Miss. It's going to be incredibly difficult to beat a team as talented as Vandy 3x in the same season.

This. Better matchup is Ole Miss. Vanderbilt matches up as well with UK as any team in the league. Another W would be a monumental task even for this team.

Honestly, does it really matter? We beat either one, no matter who we play, just as we have done before. But to answer the question, Vanderbilt makes it a tougher game, no doubt.

Might as well get another test from Vandy. Not sure what beating Ole Miss would do for us starting next week when it matters.
Oh, I totally forgot about winning the SEC tourney title I only care about NCAA titles.

They say it's hard to beat a team 3x in one season. Cats will have to do that twice in two days to win its third straight SEC Tourney title.

Not their first championship game ever, but it is their first since the tournament was renewed, and their last appearance was 61 years ago.

The last time it was renewed was in 1979, so I guess it is not just the first time since it has been renewed,but the first time in a long, long time. I bet this will be one heck of a game. Ihope we have enough energy to get through all their moving picks, elbows and knees.

Yeah Vandy has been putrid in both the NCAA and SEC tourney. Glad to see them finally win a couple of games during tourney time.
