The joke isn't 'on' Africa, certainly not, it's on KU for releasing the champ shirts early.
It assumes you know that America send a lot of aid to Africa to those that need it.

I'm trapped in a glass box of emotion!!!! Lol.
Its like, I wanna laugh at it....sorry....but lets face it, people dislike racist and other jokes like that because they are tasteless...not because they aren't funny.
And then I don't wanna laugh at it...actually uhh err umm....ok it may be too late for that so what I meant was send it out to friends. Because just like all jokes of that nature they are very insensitive. This is a lesson I learned quite well several years ago. My favorite joke when I was younger involved the Special Olympics. I always figured it was cool to tell because my uncle is special needs which made it ok for me....makes perfect since right? Lol. I mean, he thought it was funny. Anyway, I did this until I finally told someone the joke who's little brother was special needs and did not at all find it funny...btw, her brother was also like the friggin Carl Lewis of special Olympics or somethin...nor did she agree with my rationale of why its ok for me to tell it.
So I see why people would be sensitive. So Idk. Its funny to me because people should be more sensitive but at the same exact time people are so WAY OVER THE TOP SENSITIVE already so I got no Fn idea.

I think the problem with a joke like this is that everyone has their own personal things they have come across in their lives that make them sensitive to jokes about certain things, and if it pricks one of the things on your emotional radar then you tend to pull the insensitivity card; fat people get upset with being called fat, people dislike jokes about cancer because someone in their life was affected by it. Personally I have met people in my travel around the world from countries like this and heard their stories and to have it mocked to me is quite tasteless but I'm happy to join and mock fat people. I was a fat kid. How does that work? Lol.
We're all different I guess......
