If those are all accurate statistics then that is mindblowing, absolutely staggering.

The question is, how much longer will all of this be blamed on a president whose been out of office for 4 years now? Did GW put us in a mess? Yes. Did Obama inherit a mess? No question. Has he improved anything? This link gives a resounding HELL NO.

The source matters when it's coming from a right wing blog and it's not the truth. If you think any of that is 100% true you need to learn some more. The problem with this whole process is that there is no fact checking filter. Just straight from partisan bloggers/sitesradio dj's/slanted news channels to the eyes and minds of unthinking partisan morons.

Once again you let your own bigotry toward the right narrow your eyes. Now some of that may or may not be the truth but you refuse to see anything that comes from the right, which was my point. Most know I lean toward conservative values but if a liberal has a good idea I agree with it. For example I think the rich should pay a higher tax rate than someone making less. If that is to come to fruition though, the rich should not continue to pay 70% of all the taxes. I agree I need to learn more, that is what life is about. I dont claim to "know everything" unfortunately that is the case with many, many others.

People don't say that. People say that some rich people pay a lower percentage of their income in taxes because capital gains and dividends are taxed flatly and at significantly lower levels than earned income.

Poor people pay the same capital gains rate as rich people, but as it turns out, most poor people don't own much stock.

The question for me is with all of this is this just Obama's pathetic excuse for a President self at work or is there something bigger going on here. What will these numbers look like with another 4 years of Obama? And how can we even be considering re-electing this guy in this country?
