2 of the 3 for question 1 are pretty easy once you hear the answers. the 3rd is a little harder.
For question #2, Mets, Marlins, Angels (they've changed city names but not mascot), Rockies and Diamondbacks are right.
Cubs also played as Orphans, Colts and White Stockings.
Yankees were originally the Baltimore Orioles in 1901-02, then as NY Highlanders from 1903-1912
Red Sox also played as Boston Americans from 191-1907
The Dodgers have some of the best names, Also played as Brooklyn Dodgers, Brooklyn Robins, Brooklyn Superbas, Brooklyn Bridegrooms, Brooklyn Grooms, Brooklyn Grays and Brooklyn Atlantics.
And the Astros were the Colt 45s from 1962-1964

Here's another--and the only reason I know it is because he was the first Red I ever got in a pack of ball cards.
Who was the first national league player to hit two grand slams in the same game. (it occurred before he became a Red).
