Sorry I missed it guys. I got word about an hour before the draft that my grandmother had a heart attack. I was getting ready to go meet my family at the hospital, but as I was leaving, I received another call saying she passed away. Right now... we are just waiting on the arrangements to be made.

Btw... I checked my "auto" roster. I'M IN SERIOUS TROUBLE! I must start trading ASAP! I still can win this thing... don't count me out yet.

Sorry to hear the news JJ. I don't know the exact circumstances, and I know often death can come as a blessing, but it's still difficult to lose loved ones.

Thanks DA. She was a beautiful lady who lived a long, very productive life. She was only a month away from being 93 years of age. That's not too shabby. She was a strong woman of faith... so I know she's at peace now.

By working in a nursing home, I see death all the time and there is a very real difference in the families who have hope and those who have despair. I'm thankful and rejoice with you that your family knows the peace that that hope brings.

Oh, BTW. I just went back and read pages 22-25 of this thread.......That is hilarious. BIG REASON why I had declared BB4L "dead" months ago, as far as I was concerned.
It was obvious to me that he had not gotten enough love from Mommy and Daddy as a child and was pimping for attention now. I simply refused to give in to his "cries" for help.

Let me just say two things:
1) Damn fun draft, guys. That was my favorite draft of the year, and as I've said, will maybe end up being my favorite league this year (unless I win in the money league lol).
2) Very sorry to hear about your loss, JJ. Very sorry. Thoughts and prayers are with you guys.

You know your WR's and bench players arent that great, but you ended up with Ray Rice, Jamal Charles, Michael Turner, and MJD. . . lol, that ain't too shabby. . . Also Manning (as long as he gets on the field) and Schaub aren't too bad for QB's either. . . I don't think you are in as bad of shape as it first appeared.

DMC is injury prone but I worry about Forte's TD opportunities with Barber there now.

Yeah, I already traded him. I agree with you... I just mainly need help at WR. Maybe with my backs, I will get a good trade offer.
Btw... that other ESPN league was kinda put off, because we all thought this last crazy draft on yahoo would be funner. I agreed, so I told people to forget the other one. We have enough FF on our plates.

I checked out the projections for Forte vs DMC, and I was surprised that Forte is projected for more points then DMC almost every week. You think Forte could have a better year?

It wouldn't surprise me. . . I could see either one being a stud or bombing. . . Thats one of those that you are just gonna have to go with your gut and hope your right, lol. . . I'm not a huge DMc fan. . . but it seems that a lot of other people seem to like him. . . so I don't know???
