IF you just eat a proper diet you don't need to do this.
Plus, your body doesnt absorb or breakdown the vitamins as well when you take them in pill form.
Fish Oil is good though, about 5000mg a day, don't take all in one dose.
Also, be sure to check the label to make sure you are getting the right dose, don't go by what the front of the bottle says. You want 5000mg of EPA/DHA combined. Some manufacturers combine them on the label, some separate them so look closely, those are your Omega 3's which is why you are taking the pill in the first place. I take the GNC brand triple strength fish oil, and I take 5 of those a day (1000mg per capsule) (says 1240 on the bottle), 3 in the morning and 2 in the evening.
I would also recommend a joint health pill for you old farts or anyone who played a lot of sports and is now in their 30's.
